Tuesday, February 10, 2004, Verasoft,
LLC ("Verasoft") and PrimeServ.com ("Prime") () entered into a multi-year
exclusive agreement, wherein Prime will provide Verasoft priority
bandwidth on its multi-homed Internet backbone for KEOP™ () related
transaction processing.
Prime and Verasoft will also co-develop
various Web related services that will be available exclusively
to Verasoft clients. Verasoft has further granted Prime with
a KEOP license, for use in permissible Web
transaction
systems for Prime's clients.
