Friday, February 20, 2004, Verasoft, LLC ("Verasoft") announced that various KORVUE® software platforms (www.korvue.com) will be made available factory installed by Dell Computer Corporation ("DELL") (www.dell.com) and shipped directly to the client by DELL.

Verasoft has optimally configured certain DELL OptiPlex™ systems, and DELL will custom build orders based on these specifications. Verasoft has also promised direct shipping of other essential accessories, such as laser printers, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode readers, and LCD price poles. Verasoft will publish various packages to make ordering easy.

This move is designed to bring turnkey KORVUE technology to users who currently are without a computer system, or in need of an upgrade.
